Working principle of Rotary drum river sand dryer specially designed for drying river sand :

The material through conveying device into the inner drying  cylinder, the lifting board and stock guide what  fixed on inner cylinder to continue move like roll,rise, break up, it can form a transient heat insulation space ,during the material contact with heat exchange  and heat flow downstream planes through the inner cylinder to the tail, the material will be naturally drawn to the middle of the drying cylinder, countercurrent circulation operation, drying cylinder heat exchange area of material to the rear to enter the outer drying barrel downstream circulation drying operation again,under the  third drying low temperature exchange it can make full use of waste heat to increase the heat exchange area, greatly improved the water evaporation efficiency of the material, after three cylinder drying operations materials in a variety of action of long time contact with different levels of heat source.  Characteristic:

 1: The machine  increases into the wet material pre drying and prolonged wet material drying time, and sealing, thermal insulation and reasonable measures, the drying machine production capacity compared with the orginal drum drying machine  improved the 48-70%, unit volumetric evaporation intensity is up to 120-180kg/m3, standard coal consumption only for 6-8kg/t;
